Guangming Gang Qiong Tian Teahouse

Accordion is one of the best bakeries in Tibet. It has been run by a couple from Shigatse for ten years. Pasang Tsering, the owner of this bakeshop, has integrated Tibetan cow dung culture into western bread. Without any decoration, the black barley bread looks similar to dried cow dung. But the taste is really good and now it has become the most representative desert in this shop.
