If you are a foodie, you don’t want to miss these places while in Beijing. They not only include some local street snacks but also some fancy restaurants.

Shops at Yandaixie Street are mainly handicraft shops, but barbecue and local snacks have created a new reputation for this place. After eating, you are suggested to go to Houhai to have a drink to enjoy the so called life in paradise.

Gui Street is the most famous food street in Beijing. When night falls, Gui Street becomes the sleepless city. Just like children need Disney Land, adults here in Beijing also need a playground especially after watching football game at night. Spicy Grayfish has earned its own reputation at Gui Street which you just have to give it a try.

Qianmen Street is situated in the downtown Beijing. Many famous local restaurants like Quanjude, Ruifuxiang, Zhangyiyuan, etc choose to open here for a reason. This place represents the most authentic old Beijing and witnesses the change of the time.

The catering industry in this area is booming, benefiting from the real estate development and economy rises. When night falls, you will see long queues in front of not only some cheap food stalls, but also some high-end restaurants. A variety of Chinese food can be tried here.
